Sunday Telegraph political editor, Glenn Milne, was ejected from the Walkley Awards last night by security guards, after clashing with Crikey founder, Stephen Mayne.Milne pushed Mayne off the stage accusing him of defaming journalists and repeatedly calling him a disgrace
